Set in the heart of the historic Champagne region and entirely surrounded by water, Château d’Isle-sur-Marne dating back to 1732 is a charming, fully restored castle where time stands still.

Having first belonged to a supposed mistress of King Louis XIV, prominent figures such as the French philosopher Denis Diderot, have stayed at the château. Much later, the château became the property of the German designer Karl Lagerfeld.

The current owners, a French-Luxemburgish family, have decided to share this beautiful estate. Guests who wish to retreat for a rejuvenating stay at this peaceful and charming place can enjoy more than 34 acres of private  parks and forests.

Surrounded by water on all sides, the property is accessible by a stone bridge, passing the moats which surround the château.
The Château features 8 bedrooms that sleep up to 16 guests, as well as 5 bathrooms.
Wifi Fiber connexion 2 Gb.

The property also provides guests with a swimming pool immersed in the manicured gardens, a BBQ unit for delicious al fresco meals, and sun-loungers waiting for you to relax on.

The Château is the perfect getaway to engage in activities such as hiking, cycling, sailing and fishing. The Champagne region's local towns are a wonderful display of French tradition, charm and history.
